Planning Board elects Veneziano as chairman, removes treasurer position

NJ BUTLER — Butler Planning Board reorganizes January 8, names new chairman Veneziano, eliminates treasurer post. Sal Veneziano was elected chairman on a motion by Jim Brown and second by Chris Finelli, receiving four votes in favor and one abstention from Veneziano himself. Duane Reger was approved unanimously as vice chairman.
Five professional staff were appointed to serve the board: Richard Brigliadoro as board attorney, Tom Boorady of Darmofalski Engineering as board engineer, JDA Associates as board traffic engineer, Burgis Associates as board planner, and William Budesheim as board secretary, all approved unanimously. The board determined the treasurer position would no longer be filled, a structural change based on its determination that the role's duties are no longer required.
