Planning Board carries two major development cases for further documentation

Planning Board · Meeting of May 21, 2026

NJ BUTLER — Planning Board carries two major development cases to summer months for additional documentation. The 38 Lincoln Road LLC application proposes converting mixed-use property to 10 residential units, with Lincoln Road widening from 21 to 28 feet; the applicant agreed to provide additional fire-truck access documentation at the next hearing. Daskal Holdings' Carey Avenue site plan requires multiple C-1 variances and was deferred to July 16.

During the Carey Avenue hearing, three residents raised concerns about sewer capacity and traffic impacts. The board approved extensions of time for 114-116 Terrace Avenue and 13 Spring Street.
