NJ BUTLER — Planning Board approves two-lot Spring Street subdivision with variance requirement. The board voted unanimously to permit R Square Realty LLP to divide the property at 13 Spring Street into lots 11.02 and 11.03 for single-family homes, with 11.02 measuring 7,470 square feet and requiring no variances and 11.03 measuring 7,121 square feet with a C variance required for its 102.18-foot lot depth falling short of the 125-foot minimum. The board granted Wendy Caughey a 190-day extension for a deed at 114-116 Terrace Avenue and carried a separate 16-unit townhouse proposal from Daskal Holdings to May 21.
