NJ BUTLER — Butler Planning Board approved a major site plan for Daskal Holdings, LLC at 113-115 Carey Avenue in a contentious 4-3 vote, granting eight variances and two waivers including steep slope relief. Board members Hammaker, Brown, Vath, and Reger voted to approve the application, presented by Mr. Petreski, Esq., while Finelli, Hough, and Chairman Veneziano opposed.
The board also postponed a Certificate of Non-Conformity application from James Coscia to October 15, 2026.
